How to Take Your Measurements
Use a flexible measuring tape for the most accurate results. Wear minimal clothing and keep the tape snug but not tight.
Chest / Bust
Wrap the tape around the fullest part of your chest/bust, keeping it parallel to the ground. Breathe normally — don't pull the tape too tight.
Waist
Measure around your natural waistline — the narrowest part of your torso, usually just above your belly button.
Hips
Stand with feet together. Measure around the fullest part of your hips and buttocks, keeping the tape parallel to the floor.
Shoulder Width
Measure across the back from one shoulder seam to the other. Best done with the help of a friend.
Inseam
Measure from the crotch seam down to the bottom of the leg along the inner seam. Works best in fitted trousers you already own.
Height
Stand straight against a wall without shoes. Mark the top of your head and measure to the floor for your height.
