Orders & Shipping
Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days across India. Express delivery (1–2 days) is available at checkout for select pin codes. You will receive a tracking link via SMS and email once your order is dispatched.
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders above ₹999. Orders below ₹999 have a flat shipping fee of ₹59.
You can change or cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it by contacting our support team. After that, the order may already be packed and dispatched.
Currently we ship only within India. International shipping is coming soon — sign up for our newsletter to be notified.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an SMS and email with your tracking number. You can also track your order from My Account → Orders page.
Returns & Refunds
We offer hassle-free returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached and in original packaging.
Go to My Account → Orders → select the item → click "Return". Fill in the reason and our team will arrange a free pickup within 48 hours.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. UPI and bank transfers are usually faster.
Yes! Select "Exchange" instead of "Return" when raising a request. We will ship the replacement once we receive the original item.
Items marked as "Final Sale", innerwear, and customised products cannot be returned. All other items are covered under our 30-day return policy.

We photograph all products under professional lighting to ensure colour accuracy. However, slight variations may occur due to different screen settings. If unsure, check product reviews with customer photos.
We use a variety of premium fabrics including 100% cotton, linen, poly-cotton blends, and denim. Fabric details are listed on every product page under the Description tab.
All our garments are pre-washed and tested. Follow the care instructions on the label (typically cold wash, no tumble dry) to maintain the original fit and colour.
Payments & Offers
We accept UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), all major Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay), Net Banking, EMI, and Cash on Delivery (COD).
Absolutely. All payments are processed through Razorpay, which is PCI DSS compliant. Your card details are never stored on our servers.
